A great opportunity exists to develop your property leasing and management skills and learn from an experienced team of property specialists.
Working in this boutique agency, your role will be to help maintain and enhance the company’s property management services to its clients, as well as provide additional support to improve the efficiency of processes and systems.
Properties are located in the South Eastern suburbs and would suit residency in the same area. Car parking at the office in central Melbourne will also be provided.
To apply you will require:
- Excellent presentation and people skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously - a self starter with the ability to multitask
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (MOM experienced preferred)
- Agents Representative License (Real Estate)
- Hold a current driver’s licence, a well presented and reliable vehicle.
The role will involve:
- Listing properties for lease
- Screening potential tenants, including comprehensive reference checking
- Preparing ????? ????? signing of leases
- Calculating lease breaks
- Induction of new tenants
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Researching current market rentals
- Managing tenancy administration
- Conducting open for inspections and general enquiries
- Conducting condition reports and routine inspections
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Preparation and placing of all advertising
- Vacating of tenancies and final inspections
Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
