Maintaining standards, you will ensure full compliance, particularly pertaining to their ISO accreditation. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Office infrastructure management
- Staff supervision and motivation
- Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
- Developing and upholding 'best practice' ethics
- Leading by example!
You will be able to demonstrate previous management experience within property management and be prepared to take a 'hands on' approach when required. It is essential that you be a fully licensed Real Estate Agent. You will show competence in implementing strategies to improve the overall profitability and success of the branch.
