    An experienced Contracts & Sales Administrator is sought by a market leading Property Development company. 
     
    You will be kept busy with various different tasks associated with the preparation, execution and administration of sales contracts and being involved with them until settlement of the respective properties.
     
    Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
     
    • Contract Administration from signing to settlement
    • Following up sales staff to ensure deposits are paid
    • Liaising with Purchasers Solicitors / 3rd parties
    • Reporting
    • Ad Hoc Administration
     
    You will have the following qualities:
     
    • Highly organised
    • 2 years experience in Contracts Administration – preferably with a developer
    • Strong work ethic
    • Great written and verbal communication skills
    • IT Savvy
