The key responsibility for this role is identifying, developing and managing migration initiatives for a product or portfolio of products - in line with customer segment requirements -to ensure strategic objectives are achieved for Product Simplification and lifecycle management.
 
You will be required to focus on developing migration plans for products reaching end of life and work with other parts of the business to identify and drive simplification opportunities across product portfolios. This will be achieved through, management of specific migration initiatives from idea development to completion, the execution of migration plans within the impacted market segments, leadership in the areas of product lifecycle management where products are reaching maturity and the Management of cost & capital expense.
 
You will have demonstrated working experience managing Product migration initiatives end to end from Idea development to Project completion, actively worked with the market segments, developing innovative migration strategies to retain customers and maintain revenue, managing cross product and business unit impacts. You will define the end of lifecycle strategy for specific products, ensuring ????? ????? products have been developed to meet customer requirements. You will have strong commercial acumen and be able to analyse and identify migration trends and manage commercial matters as they relate to transformation products, including competitive threats and regulatory issues;
Your communication skills both written and verbal will also be strong as will your ability to effectively operate systems.
