  • The primary purpose of this role is to set the direction for the Segment value proposition within one of Telstra's consumer segments and operationalise the segment marketing strategy to achieve business performance targets.
     
    With a focus on deep customer insight, this role will look at the core needs, behaviours, trends and drivers of the customer group. Drawing conclusions and driving business decisions from internal and external research sources you will be responsible for the achievement of segment revenue, growth and market share targets. Leading the development of Segment insights for consumer campaigns (across all communication channels); you will use strategic and creative thinking to build an emotional connection with customers.
     
    With strong communication skills you will possess the ability to inspire and influence others; your technical marketing skills will be of an excellent standard, as will your ability to understand strategic priorities and a market based management approach to segmentation. Engaging strategically with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly complex business, you will ensure relevant and targeted marketing programs are deployed. A self starter who has worked in a fast paced corporate environment, you will be a  team-player with passion to succeed.
