Lead NPD Projects

Our client is a consumer lead global FMCG business and is the fastest growing company within the category they compete.  With aggressive expansion strategies in place, they continue to grow and expand within the Australian market and are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their motivated and high performing marketing team.

In this hands on but diverse role, your core responsibility will be to identify emerging markets and project manage the ongoing development of NPD into new categories and channels.  Working with the global R&D team you will lead the development and commercialisation of all projects from the NPD pipeline and be responsible for launching new products including line extensions, new platforms and brand expansions.

Acting as the champion for the NPD projects, you will also be responsible for; the management of concept testing; overall planning; project implementation and coordination of product development.  You will ensure timely project completion to the point of product launch including positioning and communication strategies.

To be successful in securing ????? ????? opportunity, you are a commercial FMCG marketer with excellent business acumen.  You have strong leadership skills particularly in managing key stakeholders and a demonstrated ability to influence people.  Previous FMCG brand/product marketing or project management/innovations experience is essential to be considered for this role, as are relevant tertiary qualifications
