Our client is a government department that provides advice and solutions to clients on a variety of legal issues. Due to organic growth we are currently seeking a Solicitor to join this dynamic team within the administrative law branch.

This department provides general administrative law advice, administrative law reviews in relation to FOI, discrimination and disciplinary action, planning and environment, compulsory acquisition and compensation, land valuation and summary prosecutions. You will also be required to conduct court hearings and prepare legal advice.

You will have experience in administration law along with experience in reviews at VCAT. The ideal candidate will be minimum 2 years PAE along with a positive attitude.
