The role on offer has an emphasis on the sale and purchase of licensed businesses and/or freeholds. You will be acting for developers and licensees in all stages of commercial property transactions, as well as advising on interesting and complex property matters across commercial retail leasing, acquisitions and sales, disposals, commercial conveyancing, finance and joint ventures. In depth knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003 is a must.
