This mid-tier commercial law firm has been strategically growing; and to assist with their growth, they are now looking to employ a senior lawyer/senior associate level property lawyer to complement their already established Property, Planning & Environment practice group.
The Property, Planning & Environment practice group works on a range of matters including:
- project developments;
- leasing (retail and commercial);
- sales and purchases (retail, commercial and industrial);
- climate change; and,
- property and project financing.
You will work primarily with a leading commercial and retail property practitioner, and receive the highest quality mentoring ????? ?????. In addition, you will work with clients that are more commonly associated with larger firms.
As it is a senior role, there is an expectation that you will take responsibility for the carriage of matters, and have the ability to support junior solicitors. In return, you will join a firm that has a first-rate working culture, and be provided with great career growth opportunities.
You will have at least 4 years post admission experience in property law gained from a notable firm.
