Our client is a well known organisation that provides support services to the Victorian community. They are currently looking to appoint an in-house Legal Manager to assist with continued development and strategy. This role sits within the claims division and will involve managing a team of staff who are involved in giving legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be involved in attending court and tribunals in all relevant jurisdictions, developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures to assist in effective delivery of service. Liaising with key stakeholders and delivering ????? ????? dispute resolution management to appropriate parties is crucial to this business.

To be successful you will have a background in personal injury, insurance or administrative law along with a strong understanding of current policies and legislations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and have experience managing a team.
