It is currently looking for a Senior Patent Attorney to join its busy team and drive its business forward.

Assisting the Special Counsel this role will provide strategic advice to clients on patent strategies, searches, registration, disputes and patent contracts. Reviewing examination and international search reports and providing advice in relation to issues including legal and practical risks and strategies is key to this role. The position is autonomous giving you the opportunity to directly provide knowledge along with conducting searches, registrations and disputes for businesses with an expert approach.

It is essential you possess a strong technical background and solid patent knowledge to conduct designated activities to a high quality standard. You will be responsible for managing clients and deadlines with effective communication, drive and initiative.  Having the ability to identify issues and apply relevant legal principles to resolve them with particular emphasis on client relationship management is key to the success of this business and role.
