An opportunity exists for a mid - senior level Patent Attorney to join their ranks.  You should have demonstrable experience in managing patent protfolios, patent filing and prosecutions.  You should be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging clients and assisting them with their IP needs.

Our client has a significant presence in Melbourne, nationally and internationally.  They are regularly called upon to conduct searches and design evaluations, prepare and file applications, undertake portfolio maintenance, enforce I.P. rights, transfer title, prepare licenses and assignments, draft franchise, distributorship and joint-venture agreements and coordinate registration programs in Australia and globally.
