As part of one of the largest Government & Administrative Law teams in Victoria, this role will work closely with a Partner and involve advising government departments and agencies at all levels, as well as private sector organisations about governmental or regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on:
- Administrative law issues, including judicial and merit review
- Trade practices enforcement litigation
- Employee issues, including public sector codes of conduct
- Freedom of information
- Litigation and dispute resolution
- Coronial inquests and disciplinary hearings of health practitioners
Our client is seeking a driven lawyer with 5 of more years experience in litigation administrative law, professional conduct matters and aged care & health law is preferred.
