Our client is a successful Melbourne based mid-tier with a strong client base grown off the back of their excellent reputation. They run a commercial firm that attracts varied clients that range from SMEs to larger corporates. Their partners and senior lawyers are renowned and respected in the market for the quality and astuteness of their advice. They are currently seeking a mid-level lawyer in their busy commercial litigation group. Working on broad commercial litigation matters, the successful candidate will run their own files, with appropriate mentoring ????? ?????, as an integral part of an energetic and enthusiastic disputes team. You will gain experience on strategic litigation planning, as well as plenty of appearance work. You will have solid academics and a demonstrable love of litigation. You should be confident in running your own files, and enjoy that responsibility, yet also sensible enough to know when you need guidance.
