Do you have solid legal accounts experience and enjoy working at a senior level? This progressive CBD law firm is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join their progressive team! You will use your strong accounts experience to manage this CBD boutique legal practice and become a valued member of a down to earth group .
Along with being responsible for ALL accounting functions, you will also have the opportunity to take on new challenges in a HR capacity. Enjoy taking on the title as Office Manager in leading close to 25 staff members with a number of day to day HR issues including hiring ????? ????? staff members, conducting performance and salary reviews and co-ordinating Partner meetings.
In this role, you will be seen as the "go to person" and enjoy liaising with support staff members and Partners alike.
Solid accounts experience including knowledge of trust accounting will be highly regarded. HR experience in a legal practice will also be highly regarded but not essential. You will need to show great communication skills, be well organised and have a keen eye for detail. Your flexible attitude and engaging personality will suit this outgoing and socially active team.
