They are currently seeking an experienced litigator to join their Melbourne team in a role that will involve working across the full range of legal issues, encompassing legislation, administrative law issues, royal commissions, privatisation, employment and industrial relations advice and conduct of litigation in the range of Commonwealth Courts and Tribunal. There is also potential for some advocacy work.

 

The successful candidate will possess sound drafting skills, the ability to cope with a varied workload and experience in government, litigation, administrative law.
