Our client provides strategic advice and solutions to a range of clients in relation to procurement arrangements. Due to organic growth we are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join this fantastic team.

Sitting within the commercial and property sector you will be involved in large scale IT projects and give advise on procurement, outsourcing and tendering, IP Licensing, commercial work and e-commerce.

You will have a minimum of 5 years PAE experience coupled with IT and IP experience and a strong understanding of commercial law and drafting contracts.
