As part of this leading team the successful candidate will advise private developers and councils on a wide range of planning matters including the interpretation and application of planning and environmental legislation and subordinate legislation as well as drafting planning agreements, private agreements and permit conditions.

 

Additionally, this role will involve regularly appearing ????? ????? of private developers and councils in relation to planning appeals, panel hearings, advisory committee hearings, compulsory acquisition proceedings and enforcement proceedings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Planning Panels Victoria and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

 

To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will have at least 2 years proven experience and a genuine desire to further specialise in the area of Planning & Environment.
