Boasting one of Melbourne's most experienced commercial litigation practices made up of a number of lawyers, each with their own specific experiences and expertise, which they harness to match the individual needs of each client.
This highly regarded Commercial Litigation team is looking for a solicitor with broad litigation experience to work closely with one of their key clients.
Matters are varied, diverse and interesting requiring ????? ????? with approximately 4-7 years' experience who, as well as a strong academic background, will have a solid legal understanding and detailed practical experience of:
- administrative tribunal hearings;
- building and construction litigation;
- disputes between directors, shareholders, partners and other business owners;
- enforcement of business agreements;
- property and lease disputes;
- enforcing securities and loan recoveries;
- disputes involving mergers and acquisitions;
- commercial contract disputes; and
- actions against borrowers and guarantors.
Candidates will also be expected to have some experience of the insolvency regimes and the ability to deal with a large number of ongoing matters where time and deadline management are crucial.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, team, communication and marketing skills.
