Property Disputes Lawyer

    Working with a major developers and builders in the building and construction industry (commercial and domestic) this role will involve:
     
    • Representing developers in VCAT on town planning Applications for Review
    • Liquor Licence Applications in VCAT
    • TPA claims, claims under contract and statute.
    • Representing builders and developers in courts and tribunals
    • Conducting litigation disputes in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, County Court and VCAT
     
    The successful candidate will possess:
     
    • A minimum of four years practice in commercial / property litigation
    • Experience briefing and instructing counsel and court appearances
    • The ability to form relationships with the firm's major clients and deliver high quality legal advice
    • An interest in improving internal management and mentoring ????? ?????
    • A desire to work closely with property and litigation partners
