This leading team is seeking an appoint a senior associate with 5+ years legal experience to join their leading Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. 

The successful candidate will represent a range of government clients before Federal and State Courts, mediations, arbitrations, specialist tribunals and Royal Commissions in relation to commercial litigation, coronial inquests and disciplinary proceedings.

 

Ideally, you will have a proven track record in alternative dispute resolution and litigation gained within a prominent defendant firm and a proven ability to match litigation techniques to clients' goals and objectives.
