The team has an established track record of demonstrated expertise in dust diseases litigation, having represented cases for some of Australia's largest corporations and manufacturers in the defence of asbestos and other toxic tort claims both locally and nationally.

 

A significant portion of their representation in toxic tort matters is devoted to asbestos claims but they have also defended a number of clients in toxic tort claims involving lead paint, water contamination and other environmentally related matters.

 

Due to a dramatic increase in work they are seeking an experienced litigator to work with a number of self insurers on the strategic and technical legal issues involved in defending claims and advising on alternative dispute resolution methods when required.

 

Offering ????? ????? approach to handling client cases is also how we operate internally across their offices. They are seeking a dedicated litigator with outstanding qualifications including a record of high academic achievement, strong initiative, well-developed communication skills and a commitment to client service.
