One of Melbourne’s largest independent law firms is offering ????? ????? opportunity for a solicitor to join their Insurance & Health team which is headed up by well respected Partners. 

This team handles high level work and acts for the biggest names in the industry and specialises in insurance litigation, including public liability, product liability, catastrophic injury and asbestos litigation cases. 

In taking on this role, your work will include public liability files as well as general negligence issues and other litigious matters. 

You will be given autonomy to work on your own files with the ability to defer to more senior practitioners when the need arises. 

Ideally our client is seeking someone with up to 3-5 years defendant insurance experience however candidates with plaintiff personal injuries experience will also be considered. 

The firm encourages continued learning and as part of this, there are weekly in-house CPD sessions to ensure our lawyers are always at the forefront with any developments in the industry.
