An outstanding in-house opportunity has arisen within a market-leading financial services business with a known reputation for prudent practice
You will work in a team of dedicated financial services product lawyers, providing high-calibre legal advice and support to the superannuation and financial services business units specifically. You will assist with communication of regulatory changes to the business, advising on FSR and Chapter 7 of the Corps Act, assist with product disclosure and advice in relation to superannuation products, and liaise with the regulators as required.
You will be a qualified lawyer of ideally 6-10 years’ PQE, with good knowledge of superannuation matters. You should be a good team player with strong communication skills, verbal and written. Whilst in house experience would be preferred senior lawyers seekign to make their move in house will also be considered.
