An opportunity is available for a Senior Family Law solicitor with 7+ years PAE to join a leading Family Law team of a thriving mid-tier firm.

Working with a team of industry experts, this team undertakes a diverse range of work including: domestic, defacto and same-sex property settlements; disputes and child related issues; wills & probate matters; injunctions & restraining orders; succession planning; restructuring of business affairs; taxation implications of separations & settlements; maintenance, property settlements & commercial advice; and, divorce, cohabitation & binding financial agreements.

Ideally you will have a broad background in family law with strong interpersonal skills, a practical and responsive approach to work and will work well as part of a professional team.
