An outstanding opportunity exists for a Family Law Senior Associate or Partner to join a boutique CBD firm wishing to develop its family law practice. The firm has an impressive client base of commercial and corporate clients and extensive contacts of high net worth individuals to leverage from. 

You will have a proven track record in all areas of Family Law: divorce; spousal maintenance; property settlements (domestic, de-facto and same-sex); taxation implications of separations and settlements; commercial advice; restructuring of business affairs; wills and probate; children’s issues; injunctions and restraining orders; and cohabitation and binding financial agreements.
 
You must have excellent communication and outstanding client-relationship skills.
