Newly created position for Employment Lawyer to take the reigns on some seriously juicy matters...
Our national client offers a standout role, acting for a broad range of clients in the construction, oil and major infrastructure projects industries.
The role calls for a 3rd year + Employment & Industrial Lawyer. You will provide strategic advice on all areas of Employment & Industrial Law, including matters of unfair contract claims, discrimination and harassment. You will provide strategic advice on industrial matters including the formulation of industrial strategies, advising on the appropriate industrial regulation for clients' businesses, workplace agreement negotiations, drafting and interpretation of industrial instruments, implementing workplace reforms and outsourcing.
This is a broad and varied role and will allow you to expand your career wings across all aspects of ER/IR. You will need to be a team player, with excellent communication and time management skills to apply for the role.
