Well regarded organisation with a diverse, well-regarded in-house legal services function requires a qualified employment lawyer to join their team.
Working as part of a supportive team you will support the business in the following areas:
· Equal employment opportunities and discrimination
· Litigation management
· OH&S
· Termination of employment and unfair dismissal
· Workplace agreements and employment policies
· Keeping abreast of employment-related legislation and communicating to stakeholders.
You will be a qualified lawyer with between 8-12 years PQE with a strong employment law background. Experience in discrimination and the ability to communicate legal issues effectively, as well as operate as part of a collegiate team would be well received.
