You will work with a partner who is a pre-eminent practitioner within the Workplace Relations market. The clients are across a range of industries; and you will be involved in a mix of employment related disputes, workplace change, and matters relating to enterprise bargaining.
The work will be of high complexity; and as such, you will need to have the intelligence and commercial acumen to work effectively in this environment. Additionally, as the role is at the senior associate level, there will be the expectation that you are willing and able to deal with clients, and mentor/support junior lawyers.

To be successful for this role, you will have at least 5 years post admission experience (and ideally be at the junior SA level) in workplace relations law.
