The firm is keen to attract a mid-level or senior level lawyer with experience and a keen interest in IR and ER to work with a great partner and contribute to the practice. You will take significant responsibility for employment matters that come into the firm.

This growth role offers a real opportunity for an astute lawyer to develop their areas of interest and to deal substantially with large clients directly. The firm's IR/ER practice includes advisory matters, employment contracts, recruitment and employment conditions, terminations, including dismissals & redundancy, employment policies and procedures, EEO and OHS.
To be considered for this role you will be capable lawyer with a history of successful experience and interest in IR and ER from a front end or litigious perspective.
