This highly successful firm works closely with leading corporations and is enjoying a high level of workflow. A vacancy has now arisen for a senior-level workplace relations lawyer to join the firm and benefit from full control of the Workplace Relations practice.
If successful, you will work across both litigious and non-litigious workplace relations matters, including advising on confidentiality and restraint of trade clauses, drafting contracts of employment, discrimination claims and employment benefits.
To be considered, you must demonstrate experience in advisory and contentious Workplace Relations matters from a mid or top-tier law firm.
