As a 6 year+ Corporate/M&A Lawyer, your ability to transact is paramount. You will have solid experience in private company M&A, capital raising, financial services regulation and Corporations Act work.
The Partner you will report to is one of Australia's leading M&A Lawyers, with demonstrated experience coming from major firms. He undertakes M&A, corporate advisory, finance, governance and general commercial work.
Given the seniority of this role you will also be expected to contribute to the development of the practice so that commercially sensible and innovative solutions are provided to clients. You will not have to deal with time recording but will be expected to roll up your sleeves and see deals through to completion when the pressure is on.
