The team are currently seeking experienced corporate solicitors with a specific focus on capital markets. You will work closely with those recognised for legal excellence combined with industry understanding and a practical approach to doing business in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, ASX listings and capital raisings, managed investments and general Corporations Act and ASX advisory work.
It is essential that you have a high client service ethic to act for the firm's solid and ever increasing client base consisting of listed companies, property trusts, SME's and government organisations.
Those with industry contacts and demonstrated ability to develop a practice will be warmly received. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to express your individualism whilst operating within a highly professional team.
