Our client is looking for a senior specialist lawyer with a background in providing superannuation and financial services reform (FSR) advice to accountants, financial advisers, superannuation fund trustees and high net-worth clients.

 

This role will require you to prepare documentation to establish superannuation funds and to vary superannuation fund trust deeds to reflect the ongoing changes in superannuation and taxation law.

 

This role would suit an experienced, self-motivated practitioner with a proven track record in providing advice on superannuation, estate planning, tax structuring ????? ????? (including discretionary trusts and unit trusts).

 

The role is a key position in a well-known financial services group that acts for major industry funds, and particularly those funds associated with the Australian Trade Union movement. This is an opportunity for a senior superannuation lawyer to fill a position made available by a departing senior lawyer.
