This role would suit a confident, competent Corporate/Commercial lawyer with minimum 5yrs PAE who is capable of "getting the job done". You will have as much or as little assistance as required, but the role demands a lawyer wanting to and willing to work autonomously. You will be working with a down to earth, collegiate team, and will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and excellent working conditions.

Your role will be a mix of corporate and commercial work for private and publicly listed companies, across a diverse range of industries. You will advise on a broad spectrum of corporate work: fund raising, prospectuses and associated documents, investment schemes, restructuring, takeovers, new floats and all associated commercial work.
