In-house Corporate/Commercial Lawyer 5-9 yrs pqe

Global company  requires a senior  Commercial/Corporate lawyer to join their established in-house team.

 

Reporting directly to the General Counsel  you will be provided with a variety of corporate and commercial advisory matters.  The work will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of  commercial contracts and advising on Corporations Act and other relevant legislation

 

The successful candidate will have 5-9 years pqe, commercial/corporate experience gained in a reputable firm and strong communication skills, you will be proactive, autonomous, have a positive attitude and be able to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. Whilst the ideal candidate would be coming from an in house environment, those in a law firm whio have worked on secondment would also be considered.

 

This is an excellent role for an associate level lawyer looking for an in-house role. You will have an autonomous position offering contact with clients on a daily basis and will be rewarded with a  competitive salary package.
