Having guided clients through many of Australia’s largest and most property development projects and a wide range of real estate transactions, this practice group remains a favourite amongst developers, owners and construction companies, investors, financiers and fund managers, hotel and tourism businesses and federal, state and local government bodies.
With a healthy pipeline of premium transactions, they are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their team in a role that will focus primarily on:
- Acquisitions and Disposals: acquisitions and disposals of commercial and industrial property and developments, project structuring and property, planning and environmental due diligence and project finance;
- Development Projects: acquisitions and disposals of commercial and industrial property/developments, building contracts and associated legal documentation, planning and environmental regulation and approvals and project, finance and tax structuring; and
- Leasing: all forms of leasing, including retail, commercial and residential leasing, lease terms and options and contractual relief.
Our client is seeking a self motivated, well organised and highly efficient professional with 4 - 6 years + experience in commercial property and development and a genuine desire for further develop their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and continually growing environment.
