An excellent opportunity has arisen in a dynamic CBD firm for a Commercial Lawyer with at least 2 years PAE looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be working directly with the head of the commercial group who is a very friendly, young partner who is keen to continue to grow and expand the practice.

Our client is a premier boutique firm with an impressive client base of corporates and high net worth clients. It  has a reputation for being involved in key business transactions in the liquor and gaming industry and works also with clients from financial services, industrial, retail, property and insurance sectors.

 

Working on a range of matters you will have a proven track record in retail and commercial leasing, purchase and sale of businesses, joint ventures, partnership agreements, shareholders agreements, trusts and other business arrangements and transactions. You will have extensive client contact and so you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.

 

You may come from a small firm where you have been exposed to other areas of law, in addition to commercial law, but have managed a broad range of matters and have worked closely with clients. 

 

The ideal candidate will be a "big-picture" person who can work autonomously  and show initiative.
