Due to their continued success and growth an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lawyer with a minimum 5 years commercial property experience has become available within the Property and Projects group.
Working closely with the head of department, you will be working on a variety of exciting property transactions including but not limited to:
- the sale and purchase of property including both vacant land and developed land
- acting for lessors and lessees of office buildings, retail shops, community title scheme lots, stand alone industrial and commercial properties and vacant land
- project structuring
- property syndication
- tourism and residential development
The successful candidate will have a strong client service ethic and a desire to provide technically excellence advice.
