Legal Secretary / Workflow Administrator, Commercial Property

Working mainly on commercial property transactions, this role will involve supporting a partner with day-to-day secretarial support and the effective coordination of workflow of the secretarial group in order to efficiently meet demand and ensure consistent service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Medium volume of typing and digital dictation
- Monitoring post, email and voicemail, taking action when required
- Answering and filtering telephone calls: liaising with external and internal clients and their secretaries, dealing with queries and relaying messages
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, including archiving files
- Diary management: arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, organising lunches and preparing paperwork
- Extensive travel arrangements: booking flights and accommodation, preparing itineraries
- Billing administration: preparing billing guides and fee notes, checking billing amounts
The role will suit a legal secretary with 4 of more years of experience, and ideally with sound knowledge of commercial Property law area. Strong communication skills in addition to a professional approach are essential to this role in addition to:
