We are seeking an excellent communicator who is motivated to work in a team focused environment. This position will see you providing secretarial support to the Director and Senior Associate including; file management, dictaphone typing, client liaison, diary management and document generation.
We a seeking an individual who can 'hit the ground running,' and apply their initiative in a busy environment. Therefore crucial to this position is your sound understanding of court documentation, briefs ,and affidavit generation. To be considered successful you will possess;
A sound knowledge of court policies and procedures Excellent organisation skills and diary management experience Strong computer skills, especially with MS Word. Knowledge of LawPerfect will be highly regarded Excellent attention to detail A professional presentation The ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines effectively
