Our client is a generalist law firm specialising in Commercial & Property areas along with some Family Law, Wills & Estates and Local Government work among other sectors. With offices in Geelong & Melbourne, they are currently seeking a Property Law Assistant for the Melbourne Office.
Providing property and conveyancing services primarily to property developers this role will have a strong focus on client relationships. You will be expected to run some conveyancing files along with administrative support for the department.
Extensive training will be provided but we are seeking a candidate with at least 6-12 months conveyancing related experience.
In return you will work alongside a close knit and friendly team (roughly 50 in the Melbourne office) and gain real career opportunities and extensive training. You will also receive a healthy salary of $40K plus super with regular reviews.
