Development Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Project Manager to manage a team of software engineers, technical writers and User Experience experts.

This role will use your skill in planning, executing and successfully delivering software development projects.

You will be working closely with the product management team to ensure that we are building the best ECM products, by continuous improvement processes and implementing best practice.

You will require a minimum 5 years project management experience, leading technically complex software development projects,

a background in developing commercial software would be a distinct advantage. 

Strong leader capable of building a highly creative and productive environment and reinforcing the Engineering culture of accountability and results orientation

with solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail

Excellent analytical skills

Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive

Demonstrated ability work under pressure and achieve stretch targets in a fast paced technical environment

Strong understanding of Java application development (Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML), Open Source frameworks and database technology

Knowledge of XML, Web Services and internet standard

Broad knowledge of the software industry
