You will be responsible for creating robust & scalable Next Generation IP Networks. You will provide specialist analysis and planning of the solutions before overseeing the end to end delivery including design, build and implementation of the Next Gen IP Networks ensuring ????? ????? supports next generation products/services. You will also be responsible for technology and business asset recommendations and assessments based on your extensive knowledge of new and emerging technologies.
In order to be successful in this position you will need a strong background in IP networking (IP, MPLS, Ethernet) with a large Service Provider, Network Consultancy or Network Vendor. You will have experience with Load Balancers, firewalls, Transmission (ATM,SDH,WDM), LAN/WAN, VPN's, Fixed Access Networks (Docsis, HFC, CDMA), Wireless Access Networks (3G, WiMax) and Backbone Networks (Frame Relay, ISDN).
You will also have experience designing networks with next generation products and services including Voice over IP (VoIP), Video on Demand (VoD), High Speed internet services etc. this will also include working with multimedia platforms and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) architectural framework for delivering Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia services.
