My client is a leading global brand in the financial industry. They currently have an opening for a contact centre technical specialist to join them for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: - Genesys routing skills in 7.5
- Information Technology or related tertiary qualifications
- SQL skills experience
- Solid Telephony and IVR understanding
- 2+ years leadership and mentoring ????? ?????
- The ability to train all levels of staff
- Competent in MS Office suite of products (Excel, Access)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels of business
This role is to lead a highly motivated team of contact centre specialists in the use of telephony based products and train all members of staff.
