Working in tandem with a dedicated technology team, the Software Support Analyst - Systems Engineering will assume responsibility for the ongoing configuration, maintenance and testing of various complex air traffic management systems. This will include all aspects of systems diagnostics and software analysis, procedural development, software configuration and integration, internal and external stakeholder management.

The Software Support Analyst - Systems Engineering ????? ????? a graduate with either a couple of years of related commercial exposure or have slightly more experience within various technology and industry exposure. Diverse commercial hardware and software systems experience gained within a safety related environment is ideal; the right attitude, motivation and personal drive will set you apart.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree qualifications in IT and/or engineering
• Experience within Unix / Linux environments
• Software configuration and integration experience
• Strong troubleshooting, fault finding skills
• Demonstrable testing and validation experience
• Demonstrable process and procedural environment exposure
• Internal and external stakeholder liaison skills
• Autonomous worker
• Strong communication skills
• Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen

Desirable Criteria:

• Aviation industry background
• Real time safety related systems experience
