We are looking to bring ????? ????? a talented Technical Analyst with a proven background in System Administration to join one of our major Web Operation teams.
 
As a Technical Analyst/System Administrator, you will play a key part in the delivery of ISP Web services to Bigpond customers, undertaking the day to day management of tasks that are required to maintain 'carrier class' service levels and reliability across these platforms. You will also play a major part in configuration management as well as the review, acceptance and implementation of planned changes, troubleshooting and resolving faults..
 
To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record in managing and maintaining high availability systems with a highly process orientated approach. This role would suit somebody who has worked in an ITIL based or similar service management orientated environment. From a technical perspective you'll need a proven background in Linux and Microsoft Windows server administration along with internet service delivery at ISP Systems Administrator level. Other key elements include, issue reporting, root cause analysis and capacity management so it's important that you have the ability and experience to perform these types of tasks aswell.
