You will a senior Program Manager with a solid number of years of experience behind you. Ideally you will have worked in the telecommunications industry and come from a technical background. This a demanding position with a large amount of autonomously. You will have full budget control into the millions and be responsible for numerous projects while driving the account size.
You will have a solid understanding of the Telecommunications industry and be capable of leading a team based in multiple states. Your ability to build and maintain customer relationships at a high level will be crucial.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
· Program Manager experience
· Experience with Tier 1 Customers
· Engineering Degree
· Budget control and full P & L responsibilities
· Stakeholder management
· Managed teams of technical and non technical people
· Ability to be a self starter and drive business through the account
This is a challenging role that will involve travel and managing people.
You will need to able to resolve customer escalations while having both commercial and technical issue appreciation.
You will have delivered a high value project into a large customer previously. Your appreciation of the telecommunications industry and the technologies involved will be second to none.
