This Government Organisation is seeking a Lead Business Architect to define and establish the framework, processes, tools and standards that will be used by business analysts to define, design and improve business processes.
 
You will be required to provide leadership and specialist knowledge in the determination and specification of business requirements for the organisation, along with coaching and mentoring ????? ????? to business architecture and processes to the Business Process Competency Centre (BPCC)
 
Further responsibilities will include:

•  Establishing the governance for both Business Architecture and Process Management
• Specifying and standardising the necessary BPCC activities including the engagement method with the business, definition  of business process models and techniques to apply within these models
• Coaching and mentoring ????? ????? methodology to be used by Business Analysts in gathering ????? ????? of business requirements
• Defining specific product descriptions and quality criteria for all required BPCC artefacts for both business engagement and solution definition
• Delivering ????? ????? view of the business and future state view
   

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in the establishment and functioning of Business Architecture and Business Process Competency Centres. You will experience in the delivery of current and future state models in large projects along with documentation of business requirements and formal specifications. Relevant qualifications in Business Process Frameworks are essential along with your exemplary communication skills.
