I am currently seeking 2 (1 senior and 1 mid level) talented Business Analyst with experience in the utilities industry in particular with an understanding of Billing and Transfers within the retail sector the industry.

Based at modern warehouse style offices in one of Melbourne's inner suburbs, this company is a leader in providing solutions to the Utilities industry. On a day to day basis you will be involved in various projects across several business areas. Working in this busy environment, you will touch all aspects of analysis, including requirement gathering ????? ????? functional specifications. A strong process methodology will be required for designing and improving business processes along with evaluating existing processes.

To be considered for this role you must posses the following skills and attributes -

• Experience working in the Billing/Transfer sectot of the Utilities industry is a MUST 
• Demonstrate all round Business Analysis skills with a minimum 5 years experience (10 years to be considered for the Senior role) 
• Technically savvy, and the ability to problem solve and investigate the 'root cause' of issues 
• Experience of working on several projects at once
• Able to manage stakeholders of all levels and work with all areas of the business
